Individual coaching: Coaching sessions are $100 per 50-minute session.
Creating The Work You Love - On-going Coaching Relationship to help you discover
your passion and create a work life that inspires your best life!
- Weekly or biweekly sessions
- Unlimited email dialog for continuous learning and accountability between coaching
calls
- Month by month commitment, typically 3-6 months in duration.

Specific Career Goal Coaching Session -- One hour coaching session
This session is for people who want to gain clarity and an action plan about a specific
career choice they are facing. For example, are you struggling to adjust to your
new job? Beginning to seriously consider leaving your old job? Struggling to make
a particular change in your business? Then this session is for you!

Career Transition Planning -- two-hour coaching session
Whether you’ve been laid off, let go or have chosen to leave a job because you knew
it just wasn’t right for you anymore, you face unique challenges and opportunities.
At the end of this session, you will walk away with concrete actions that empower
you to make the career choices that are best for you.

Interview Preparation: two-hour coaching session
This career coaching session is for people who know the job they want and need help
preparing for the interview! Having been a job recruiter in the past, I use my inside
knowledge and experience to help you show up your best with prospective employers.

Starting March 5, hour long coaching calls will be held by phone twice a month as
the class works together through the workbook called, Twelve Months to your Ideal
Private Practice, by Lynn Grodzki.
Although the workbook is written with therapists, coaches, body workers, and other
helping, healing professionals in mind, problems and concerns common to all entrepreneurs
will be addressed in this class.

As the facilitator, I will provide feedback, coaching, and accountability both on
the calls and through email between the calls. I’ll facilitate discussion to deepen
understanding of the concepts presented in the book, assign homework, and provide
accountability for you to reach the goals you set for yourself and your business.
Because this is the first time I am facilitating this class, I am offering it at
a special first time rate of $50 per month. Payments will be due the first of each
month.
